AP Top 25 Released - Huskers enter at 20

Nebraska moved into 20th place with a sizable lead over Texas at 21.

A few noteworthy moves:

Bama and Ohio State remain 1 and 2, but Louisville jumps 7 spots to 3rd.
Michigan State moves into the top 10 at 8, keeping the B1G with 3 spots in the top 10 due to Wisconsin's fall with their close win.

Texas A&M jumps to 10th.

Miami saw the biggest jump in the polls going from 25 to 15 - not saying they aren't the 15th best team, but that's a hefty jump after beating unranked App State.

Iowa falls out of the top 25 while NDSU is the second leading vote earner behind TCU just out of the top 25.

It's early, but I suspect Wisconsin is rated too high. If we keep fine tuning and winning we should be well into the top 15 before we get to them.

That 5 game stretch of Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Iowa and Nebraska will get them boys sorted out in the polls..

Honestly, I think they have to be hoping for 2-3 out of that mess and probably considering Iowa and Nebraska the two most likely wins.

I'm not sure if I want them to be 0-4 by the time Nebraska faces them or to have had more success to that point. I guess it doesn't matter what I hope for - I just really hope Nebraska is 7-0 by then.

Only game Wisconsin has a chance to win over the next 4 weeks might be Iowa. They are getting way too much credit for that LSU win.

Sparta is also getting a too much credit for beating ND. ND is 1-2 and that Texas loss doesn't seem to be what it was after UT loss to Cal.

Yes I do think Michigan State is overrated too but I think they'll handle Wisconsin at home

I don't know if I'd want them 0-4 either. A pretty good team with nothing to lose can be a pain in the ass. I guess the benefit of getting them last is that they'll likely be depleted at that point so depth could be our advantage if we stay healthy.

Not counting Ohio State I wouldn't be surprised if Wisconsin beat any of the other 4.

Badgers are gonna battered and bruised for sure going into our game! Even if they somehow won a couple of those, they're gonna be feeling it no doubt.
