Anyone get a PRP Injection?

Had multiple cortisone shots in both shoulders for Rotator cuff tears and none of them took. Several weeks of physical therapy and 3 months of peptides, only got marginal relief. I know it's not covered ny insurance and surgery will have to wait a year or more for this. I'm in Omaha, if someone can recommend a place and the results you got.
