Exactly and the one FG he missed was with seconds left in a blow out spring game when most people had mentally checked out including a true freshman whose team was up 49-9. The kid who could have easily had his HS prom the same day as his debut in front of 90k people. I’m kind of glad he missed it so the coaches could yell at him a little to always keep his head in the game and he can learn that lesson.
Is he going to be a little more dicey then say a 3 year starting senior? Of course but I can’t think of a better Year to break in a tFR PK then this year. I think in the long run, he will be fine.
