With limited inventories currently, is negotiating still a thing when buying a new car? Or is the MSRP the price and dealers know they don't have to give on anything cuz there's someone right behind me to buy it? TIA

PS...am looking at midsized "upper end" SUV's. Nothing in SB's range though
