Am of l out of line thiking Roy Williams is being a total putz?

It is pretty bad that between 11:00am- 4:00 pm there are only two games being played the whole entire time and 3 games over lapping each other in the evening.

as with almost everything this is about $

there is more money to be had overlapping all those games at night rather than spacing them out over the course of the day
these companies aren't worth billions by opting for customer convenience over cash

I would think the Turner networks would do better without having viewers choose between the 3 games at a time and spead out more evenly.

agree .. but like I said these are billion dollar companies and if they are putting 3 games on at the same time then I trust that financially it makes sense to do so
I suspect many potential viewers have other commitments on Saturday afternoons that prohibit sitting down and watching the entire game .. the fact that the only game on without other competition in the noon time slot is Wichita state and miami (2 programs that most of the country couldn't care less about) speaks volumes

Unless CBS dictates to the Turner stations they want the first 2 games on T.V ( which they do) Duke and Yale which is next will get more of an audience.

CBS also has the best potential matchup of the day between blue blood programs Indiana and Kentucky.

It would be more shocking if he wasn't complaining about something. There is a passive aggressive gripe in every interview he does. His good ol southern boy routine is super transparent.

The man who claims to know it all yet has no knowledge of the academic fraud right under his nose.

First class cheating turd is what he is. Just like the university he coaches at. Of course you can't blame him, he learned it under his protégé, Dean Smith....

I wish I could like this a million times. 23 years of self admitted academic fraud, it is amazing they are even able to play in this tournament much less still have a program. I'm surprised he didn't equate it to another tragedy like he did with Haiti a few years back.
