Any information on him? I remember reports of him pushing to be the starter a few years ago and then he got injured and nothing since?

Had some serious injuries and has been a special teams contributor. Sounds like he is a good teammate/locker room guy. But has never been the same since the broken leg (or was it an ankle?).

His redshirt year, a guy on the training staff told me that he was the real deal, then he broke his ankle his freshman summer or in fall camp (can't remember). The injury took him and his mojo down.

I think your right, It might of been he was the leader in spring for the number 2 spot as Abdullah was a senior? It's too bad he hasn't been the same since.

from everything ive read he's a great kid, proud hes a husker.supports his team and is a great example.
