It was truly astonishing that the Jets hired him after his stint with the Dolphins. What is more astonishing is that my Dolphins gave him a chance in the first place. His Dolphins job can be traced back to being Peyton Manning's OC at Denver for 2 year. Which is funny because everyone knows Manning pretty much called the game from the line of scrimmage any way. Manning and more so Brady have made some dudes a lot of money just because they got lucky enough to be on staff where they played.
