I did the math for how many Husker Fans will be staying home on the North Side at Memorial , I think, double check.

Ready for the math…
They are increasing seat width on 19 rows on the north side.
North side approx. width (google earth) = 472.19’
Avg. seat width = 1.58’
New wider seat width (+.33') = 1.91’
472.19’ (N side width) / 1.58’ (Avg seat width) = 298.85 (Seats per row) x 19 (rows) = 5,678.23 Seats (Old)
472.19’ (N side width) / 1.91’ (New seat width) = 247.21 (Seats per row) x 19 (rows) = 4,697.18 Seats (New)

5,678.23 – 4,697.18 = 981.05 or 981 Less Husker Fans in Memorial

Check the math…

Not that big of loss but still a loss.
