Wisconsin has gotten better as the season has progressed and are very good defensively. I am always wrong but this game feels like another 12-10 game late, we need to have good special teams and a great late drive to win and hit a 40+ yard field goal..and well....
I was excited for Matt Rhule not because I thought he would recruit well, or be super-exciting or dynamic as a coach, but because I thought our teams would be smart and play good football. Follow the key tenants of the game...ie...1. Play Field position, always try for a short field, have a great punting game, great field goal game, use defense to make offensive scoring more efficient. Limit turnovers and penalties, and play disciplined. And have a team of football players, even if they weren't the most talented. Instead we got the opposite. Quite a talented team that has no idea what they are doing, terrible special teams(maybe improving), lots of penalties, personal fouls and lack of discipline, awful field position, decent punting, terrible fg game. Hard to imagine beating a decent big 10 team in late November with that kind of team.
