Are you faqing kidding me. You can kiss your savings goodbye. We are going to have to pay for this. The market is tanking because this number was said, not even leaked. From Monday to today it was like a steep cliff because of this number. The Democrats came out and said 6 trillion dollars. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Did the market tank and force you to kiss your savings goodbye in 2020 when we spent $6.55 Trillion?

I don't know about you, but I am crushing it in the market. There is always money to be made regardless of the direction.

Then why stop at $6 trillion? If there is so much money to be made why not "shoot the moon" and go for $50 trillion? Just like the minimum wage, if $15/HR is great wouldn't $50/HR solve all of America's problems except of course, her conservatism? That cannot be solved until all conservatives are dead or slaves to government just like her liberals.

No one on the planet can ever live a contented life by stealing money from their neighbors. Unless of course, you were elected to Washington, DC to represent your constituents. Then you will be held as an outcast if you DON'T steal money from not only your State but all of them. America needs a whole lot more swamp sewage disposal in a hurry.

Tax corps like we did in the 50s where individuals and corporate tax revenues were close.

Now Individuals pay 1.9tril and corps a measly 500 bill.

How big would the deficit be if we didn't cut the richest Americans taxes?

Pretty sure the market tanked on the Fed guidance not this. Also the dollar moved up on the statement…also known as deflationary pressure.

Pubs didn’t say a peep when Donnie was running trillion $ deficits. Now comes the faux outrage. We all knew it was inevitable and would happen, still embarrassing how shameless their attempts to criticize spending after electing the king of debt.

Have zero clue what you are talking about? I don’t follow conspiracy theory sites so I am not in the know about the crazy topics your kind believe.

It is far from perfect and anything proposed will be far from perfect. $0 is not perfect, $500b is short in areas and has waste in others, $6t is probably short in some areas and certainly wasteful in others.

But in a general sense this is likely over 10-15-20 years and instead of calling it a spending plan it much of it should be looked at as an investment plan. Roads, bridges, rail, internet, airports, dams, power grid, development of sustainable energy, all things that will have dividends. There will be good paying jobs. We have neglected it for far too long, especially if we want to compete on a global scale.

Good try. Pre-Covid Trump never ran a $ trillion deficit.

I think Obama managed to do it 4 times though… so super sweet point.

He was forecasted to surpass 1T in 2020 PRE covid. His deficit went up and up every year while "creating the best economy ever", it was all a lie to make his rich buddies richer. Look at wealth growth over his term, it sure AF isn't in the "middle class" or below 🤣

Trump tried to run the country like most of his businesses, into the ground.

"Before the pandemic, the FY 2020 deficit was projected to be $1.1 trillion"

Obama had a shrinking deficit every year his last term 🤯

The chance of this 6 trillion Bernie Sanders plan making it to a vote is almost 0%. Bernie Sanders and the progressives would destroy this country within 5 years if we listened to these lunatics.
And yet, you're on here every day glorifying the leader of the Democrats. You think Senile Joe is going to fight this if it arrives at his desk? Hell no! He's gonna rubber stamp it quicker than Hunter with a crack rock.

Like I said, Cletus...it's not gonna even make it to a vote!
Yeah, the spineless Republicans will negotiate some pork for themselves, and we'll end up at about $5.2T, "saving the taxpayers" a whopping $8Billion, and Joe Smiley will be there with pen and paper in hand, showing how he saved America. And you'll cheer with your popcorn bowl and your recliner saying "see, $6Trillion didn't arrive at his desk, I told ya so!!"

No. @scopeandtime and the other democrats will abandon the people that got both Biden and trump elected, real progressives like Bernie, like me, like my family, like most my social circle. We refused to vote for Hillary, and we refused to let trump have 4 more. But we’re done. 2024 is going to be a crushing red wave unless ol joe stops playing it so close to the center.

old school, you are clueless. You call this president a commie and a socialist, he is nothing near that, unfortunately and predictably. He gets one shot, and then we will let you elect whatever fascist you want, because we know it will move us closer to the reset button

I know that's the left's goal, total collapse. A "restart" of the economy, made in your own socialist utopia vision. As Bernie says, "one that works for everyone", but you'll get one that works for no one. A venezuela-style hyper-inflated economy with a few cans of beans on the shelf left and the neighbor's pets for dinner. Everybody is equally poor except for our political overlords which dine like kings. That's your ideal economy, no, not the one you yearn for, but the one that will result from your ideals.

Check your number again Trumpist homie. Trump doubled the deficit before COVID impacts and still would’ve been over a trillion $ deficit in 2020 without COVID. 2019 was close enough to call a trillion as well. $984B.

Why argue it? It’s what you voted for the self proclaimed king of debt. Oh except he promised to fully pay off the debt, instead doubled the deficit lol

Which one promised to pay off the debt? Lol
Which one inherited a good economy? Which inherited a shit economy?

And finally strawman, changing the subject. Bringing up Obama to deflect from the trillion $ deficits you weren’t aware of.

Bernie has introduced 8 bills that passed since he started in the House in 1991. 3 of which were to designate names for buildings. The only financial related was the 2nd stimulus bill which of course was just a formality of someone writing it.

Bernie can't even take Bernie seriously.

Neither inherited a good economy and anyone that thought Trump would lay off 19 trillion in debt is an idiot.

Could always just move to one of those places, instead of trying to ‘fundamentally change America’? There Will Be Blood’… think that was a movie, wasn’t it?
