I am sure it is the beginning or warm up weight for most on here.

On a serious note - good for him - keep it up, it will pay dividends for a long time.
 
After slowing down the video with my friend who is a math professor at MIT we realized that he was not at 90* during the squat.

Also, like someone else mentioned, that is the weight I warm up with...if I have the flu and the plague on the same exact day...and if I have just recently had reconstructive knee and hip replacement surgery.

But still...nice work by him!
 
I watched Gary Frank bench 525 23 times, but i also watched him bench 700.
