Confirmed with Casper (Wyo.) Junior College 2025 guard Abdul Bashir that he'll unofficially visit Nebraska on Thursday.
Here's more info from my post about him from early May:
Bashir, who was at Omaha Bryan High School before playing at Colorado Prep, had a stellar true freshman season at Casper. He played in all 33 games and started 32 of them while averaging a team-high 19.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. Bashir was an elite 3-point shooter — he shot 45.3% on an average of 8.3 attempts per game. His 124 made 3s were the most in the NJCAA. He also shot 46.3% from the field and 78.5% from the free-throw line.
Arizona State, Texas A&M, Kansas State and UCF have all recently offered. He tells me he'll take more visits this fall.
