Did you stick around until the end (of course you did)? How was your Fayetteville experience?

The stadium is out of the world and the fans were friendly on Friday. By the end it was unpleasant. I will continue to cheer for DVH anytime they make it to Omaha but I'm done supporting Arky as a whole. I know many will disagree with me, but this experience should be used as Exhibit A as to why they should not allow alcohol sales in Lincoln.

I don’t think our fans would ever be die hard enough about Huskers Baseball for Alcohol to be a major issue. I have been to quite a few games with alcohol and never ran across any issues myself. I think the whole “bring in your own chair and get tanked all day thing” played a role that wouldn’t happen at Nebraska.

Agreed as far as baseball is concerned, I was more thinking 90k people on top of each other in Memorial Stadium with 1/3 of them or more drinking.

Has anyone been following the signings? Cubs signed a 6R guy for $1,000 which is $263,000 under slot. I believe he's a super senior too, so no leverage. I get slot and draft pool, but wow that's almost unreal.
