10 Huskers stranded through 8 innings.

Frazier in to pitch for NU, first appearance since 20 March vs. Air Force, prior to that he's only pitched on 23 Feb vs. Oregon State.

So we basically have 1 consistently good pitcher and people started to believe we could host? We will be lucky to win a game in the crap 10 tournament.

Bad part is Ersdud isnt going anywhere anytime soon.

It would be a lot easier to chalk this up to just a weird day that sometimes happens in baseball if yesterday’s outcome were different and we had a rubber match to look forward to. Now I’m concerned for tomorrow’s psyche and avoiding a sweep.

If it’s not obvious yet, I’ll state it: Iowa has a mental edge on Nebraska. And that angers me greatly.

One bright side is we turned this thread into a triple pager. I’m bummed that @sklarbodds hasn't shown up at all but I can’t blame the guy either.
Sorry, was working outside with the wife on this incredible day... using explatives when checking the score.

Unfortunately Erstad's teams start sh_tting the bed when they start to get any recognition or hype.

Needed a series win in the worst way this weekend.

UPDATED: Erstad is now 0-4-1 in series against Rick Heller.
