Depends on how much time we spend on the newly sodded infield areaAs long as it's doesn't end up a muddy mess like Northwestern's field when we played there several years ago. I swear there was more square footage of mud than grass that year.
The infield area with the new sod is potentially a problem.Yankee Stadium surely has state of the art drainage but this constant cold, light rain is impossible to handle.
It will be fine in Lincoln how often is it wet in the fall there. This is why I don’t want grass on Tom Osborne field.
I feel like if Green Bay can do it, we can also. This is why I don’t want grass on Tom Osborne field.
Field is what it is. Does it suck? Sure looks like it. Is it fun for the players to be there? I’d say yesFck people it's a bowl game, try to enjoy it instead of bitching about every little thing
We’ve had plenty of rainy games. It will be fine in Lincoln how often is it wet in the fall there.
On average maybe one a season? We’ve had plenty of rainy games.
At least it’s not a windy monsoon.Field is what it is. Does it suck? Sure looks like it. Is it fun for the players to be there? I’d say yes

Hope you’re having blast! Make some Husker memoriesCold and wet here. We need a TD here!

I don’t mind passes just not airing it out unless our guy is clearly open.I like the play call mix so far - just still not blocking it well enough.
Skinnier or shorter? That's our smaller Johnson.
Good for Rahmir.
You have to anticipate guys getting open on longer plays. Our passing game is helping our run game by affecting the safeties.I don’t mind passes just not airing it out unless our guy is clearly open.
