This kid is HUGE. Just a freshman too. 2-0 in three appearances, 0.55 ERA. We'll need to solve this guy or match him pitch for pitch. Played RF yesterday and went 0/2. Did you see him at the plate? Giant.

Changes from yesterday's starting lineups

Beesley enters in RF for Nelson, who is pitching today.
Emmerson enters at C for Meyer, who is suspended for this game after his ejection yesterday.
Ogrin enters at DH for Wagenseller.
DiCarlo and Doherty flip flop at the bottom of the order.

NEBRASKA
Altavilla moves back up to the 3-hole, Schreiber and Wilkening shift down to 4 and 5, respectively.
Bottom of the order is the players entering the lineup today...

An E6 fielding error off of a ground ball allows Mojo to reach 1st safely. Repinski with an RBI double down the LF line!!! Altavilla with an RBI double of his own over the LF’s head!!! Schreiber with an infield single to SS to put runners on the corners. Wilkening grounds Schreiber out at 2nd but is safe at 1st on the FC, Repinski scores from 3rd! Roskam with an RBI double that splits CF and RF!!! Klenke reaches on a FC as Roskam is out at 3rd on a groundout. Cronenbold flies out to CF to end the inning.

Oh boy, already into their bullpen. Bodes well for us in both games today, hopefully Fisher can get through a few more innings for us.

Wasted a worry right there. We really abused that kid.
Indeed. The mission now is to extend Fisher deep into the middle innings to keep the bullpen intact for the rest of the day. That much doesn't change.

That catch by Cronenbold helps.

Fisher at 63 pitches as I hit "Post".

I’ll help for a few innings sitting right behind first base dugout.

Altavilla works a lead off walk to start the bottom of the sixth.

Schreiber works the count full then flairs one out to right field for a single. Two on and nobody out.

Klenke hits with the infield drawn in and on a full count draws a walk to once again load them up this inning.

Cronenbold watches two straight fast balls down the middle then gets hit forcing in run #11

Alex Henwood walks on four straight pitches making it now 12-2. Ugly. Another pitching change.

This is just getting ugly with bad Cal Poly pitching.

Hope our bats are ready to go in the second game of the DH. They didn't get much going in innings 3-5 and right now are just getting free passes.

Ground out from first to second gets Mojo for another out but forces in another run now up 13-2

With runners at the corners and two down Repinski rips another hit to left scoring another run making it now 14-2.

Schreiber up with the bases loaded and a full count walks in another run now making it 15-2 and the bases still loaded for Wilkening
