Ohio State beats Michigan 4-2. That pushes Michigan back into the back a bit, into a tie for 4th with Iowa.Minnesota now in 3rd place alone at 12-6. (EDIT: I guess Minnesota is effectively tied for second with Maryland - fewer games but same win %.)

Illinois is quietly making a push for the 8 seed after spending most of the season near the bottom. They've won 4 of their last 5 (went 2-1 against each Minnesota and now Maryland).

Here's the battle for the 8 seed at the moment...

Illinois (7-11)
at Rutgers (5-10)
IOWA (11-7)

Michigan State (8-10)
at Nebraska (12-5-1)
MICHIGAN (11-7)

Northwestern (8-10)
at Maryland (14-7)
RUTGERS (5-10)

Illinois probably has the easiest row to hoe, but is a game back of the other contenders.

Illinois has head-to-head over Northwestern.
Michigan State has head-to-head over Illinois.
Michigan State has head-to-head over Northwestern.

Congrats to the team, and to a guy I dismissed a few years ago, Mr. Erstad. Keep it up boys, can't wait to watch the rest of the season unfold!!
