Cocaine and college students
There were ALOT of drugs on campus when I went to college in late 80s and early 90s (hey I am slow...took me awhile to finish and I also discovered beer which might have contributed). Coke and heroin were not seen much - also that was before the home cooked meth. Rx stuff was around -...- jimbosc

I literally hate Jim Harbaugh - he's is an ahole. But I voted Urban - dude takes douchery to a new level. Literally I think if Ohio State looses more than 3 games in a season he would have to take a medical leave of absence because his ticker couldn't take the stress. I guess that is good...- jimbosc

Hardcase is basically a big giant a-hole that tries to cover up his a-holishness by pulling lots of cute stunts to appear less a-holish. I have hated him since he was a QB in the NFL because...he was an ahole back then too.- jimbosc

Decisions are hard. Hiring football coaches even more so when you haven't exactly set yourself up to be a great destination (decent not great pay, sky high expectations, perception in coaching circles of firing coaches with winning records). NFL Draft ..
The RG3 comparison is fair - freak athlete that can run the zone/read/RPO offense the Eagles rode to a SB win. RG3 killed it until he got hurt and couldn't stay on the field. Jackson could have the same issue - he has some accuracy problems so will be prone to run and take alot of hits...- jimbosc

I haven't seen the spring game yet, but give me your honest thoughts..
Gebbia has more upside with his arm - I just think given our issues in pass protection we'll be a run heavy team. Martinez is the best option with his legs of all the QBs. But if teams take that away and AM throws 40% completion rate ......yeah Gebbia might be the better answer.- jimbosc

Martinez is a great fit for the offense and his legs make him almost a sure fire starter. They have the guys to run the ball especially with Bell. I thought the 1st D settled down and played fairly well. WR/TE - we have good players - Morgan and JD will make offense explosive. Oline...- jimbosc

Moos gives Miles one year extention
My sense was Miles asked for a longer extension - Moos didn't budge - Miles eventually accepted 1 year. Miles may have sniffed around for another job - but I think he realized what we all have. His career died while in Lincoln. How did Miles get a COY award - I don't see it on the floor...- jimbosc
