    OT: anyone do Keto on here?

    I've done it in the past. I found it hard to stick too (especially during the holidays). It is very definitely effective. I lost quite a bit of weight. I have switched to more of a whole foods diet. The loss rate is slower, but I think will be more sustainable for me.
