I do believe that neb coaches have not instilled the mental aspects of the game(kick ass, lets see what you got, I am not a neb fan but the black shirts had a mental attitude that it didn't make ANY difference who you were, they were going to knock the crap out...

    Street & Smith Top 25 in B1G and B1G West

    That would mean a LOT of new wins this year! On what do you base this on? Year 2 will mean that BIG defenses will have seen QB moves and will compensate. Will head coach anticipate and adjust. Last year not so much

    I miss the Big 12

    Well the Hawkeyes are certainly going in a different direction than GBR. Hopefully when you decide to keep a coach for more than 3 years you will stabilize your program and will get better. Changing coaches leaves the new coach with at least 3 years of recruits that may or may not match new style.
