    He also wanted a $25.2 million buyout, and to be able to just walk if they don’t upgrade facilities by 2023. They offered 6 years at $4 million per. So I think the buyout is what kept this from happening

    I think that the physical development of the players has improved a lot, but the mental development is lagging way behind for some of them.

    I feel like most coaches look at the talent level they acquired taking over a coaching job, and change their schemes to work with said talent. In Frosts case I don’t think he has changed his schemes to work with the talent he has. But who really knows.
