Is there a doctor in the house? Advice needed

Looking for some advice and hoping a local MD can point me in the right direction. Any help is appreciated.

I've been dealing with persistent inflammation, primarily in my lower extremities (bilateral in knees), but have been experiencing significant pain in my shoulders and wrists as well. This has been ongoing now for 5+ months. NSAIDs have had no beneficial effect. I can get more into my medical history, personal information, etc in DM if anyone is interested in helping me try to figure this out. I would also be willing to share my labs.

I just had a bunch of bloodwork done and, outside of a couple inflammatory markers, everything appears to be within range. The physician I went to doesn't really have any direction he feels comfortable pursuing at this point in time. I've been going through the labs and, of the tests that returned high results, they seem to indicate I may have a bacterial/fungal infection (IMO). Two in particular.

What specialist/practice should I be looking at to get this diagnosed properly? Internal? Ortho? Rheumatologist?
Also, anyone know said specialist in Arizona that is taking on new patients?

I've reached the point where I'm in enough physical pain, I'm taking days from work, running a fever due to inflammation at night, and losing sleep/appetite. It goes without saying, my physical discomfort is really starting to affect my mental health. Again, TIA for any push in the right direction....

OT: SIP panels....and cabin stuff

Early planning stages of building a post/beam and/or log cabin, or home, on a piece of ground. Will be pretty basic, and pretty much DIY. If I dont know how now, I will learn the different aspects. Thinking insulated mono-pour with in-floor heat for the floor/foundation, and a fireplace on one end, with maybe a back up system like a mini split for when I'm away, but looking for options there as well.

I'm thinking Douglas fir timbers, and would entertain getting the timbers from a western sawmill, and building the bents myself, rather than going with a kit, if there was substantial money savings with that route.

Not worried about the design or materials of the building, as I"ve worked with Sand Creek, and Legacy on projects, but interested in finding midwest sources for SIPs, also maybe solar, and greenhouse.

Also thinking an additional covered, outdoor kitchen, along with a skinning, tanning, butchering, and general fart around shed.

Edit,...will have a well, and electricity, but looking for option other than the common septic system, like composting toilets, or diy green waste disposal, etc.
