This time it's errors. Stokes has two, Columbus with one. Horn actually pitched pretty well but it doesn't look like it because of bad defense.

He's not looked good at the plate, I think that's about it. He's also an outfielder so he wouldn't have spared us any errors today.

That was one of the most mind-bendingly terrible performances in a win I can recall.

Talk about winning with something less than your ‘A’ game. Awful defense all day. But mostly solid pitching and the bats finally broke through with a timely hit and the floodgates opened.

I’m simultaneously concerned about the gloves and encouraged that they overcame their poor play to win comfortably.

I guess it is better to have a wake up call game in a win than in a loss. It that defense was lucky to get bailed out by going pitchers and that offense. This team has moxie but sometimes they are too calm, if that makes any sense. Haha

I mean to be fair that pitcher in Friday was pretty dang good. A couple wind aided home runs didn’t help. It felt more fluky to me.
