Here’s what we know for certain. He actually does, and has done the job of coaching, recruiting and developing high-level athletes for many years, putting several into the NFL.

He understands the mindset and the culture of today’s athlete better than 99.99% of the population.

It’s pure comedy to me and many others that you think you know his job better than he does and have any credibility.

I get the NFL bit you're saying, but the concern that Rhule can't succeed in the NIL era is legitimate considering it wasn't around when he was at Baylor

It just begs the question of if developmental programs are still effective in this day and age. Can you realistically keep a roster intact for 3-4 years? Can you trust that promising freshman won’t bolt if playing time doesn’t come their way immediately?
