Easily the biggest boxing fight since Tyson vs. Lennox Lewis. Projected to smash every single boxing and PPV revenue record. The Las Vegas Strip is nuts right now and most people are not set to arrive until Friday for the big fight. Sports Center is being held all over the city and so is ESPN First Take.but

All of my friends and clients who are in the Casino and nightlife industry are absolutely slammed and crazy busy.

Now on to the fight. I usually bet boxing but I honestly have no idea who will win and I will probably sit this one out.. The majority of bets are on Pacquiao but the big money is on Mayweather. Right now I do believe Mayweather is a little better than 2/1 at -225. Pacquiao is currently sitting at +185.

The classic Southpaw vs. Orthodox matchup. Can Pacquiao avoid straight Mayweather counter right hands while trying to get in close to land his phenomenal left?? Pacquiao is definitely going to have to outwork Mayweather to have a chance. What do you all think??

It's going to be a good one!!

GBR!!

Would have cared a lot more if this had happened 6 or 7 years ago. Mayweather comes off as a total RICHARD to me so in all honesty, I hope he gets killed. But I won't spend a dime on it to find out.....

Hope the PacMan can pull it off. Don't care for Mayweather in the slightest. Pac seams like a decent guy and a great champ.
Pac to win a unanimous decision.

For the record, I don't mean "dead" killed. Don't wish that on to many people. Terrorists not withstanding....

I'm taking Manny. He's Filipino and everyone has to lose sometime.
Can't bet against my peeps. I will celebrate with Adobo Wings.

I think Manny will test Floyd in ways he never has been, but in the end Mayweather wins a controversial decision.

Manny will throw more punches. Mayweather will have a better connection percentage. The number of punches connected by both fighters will be close. The winner depends on whether the judges think Pacquiao's aggression or Mayweather's defense dictated the fight. The supporters of whom ever loses will claim their guy got robbed.

Pacqiauo will, try to win on punch volume. I think Mayweather will try to catch Pacquiao, coming in which isn't a surprise. Trying to put power into the counterpunch will be. Mayweather wants a knockout and is training for it. Many fighters have lost because they focused more on winning via a KO instead of winning each round.

The question is whether his uncharacteristic power strategy leads to a knockout, or loses him the fight.

I do see the fight panning out exactly as you have described. I can't wait until Saturday night.

The best thing that happen to Manny was his KO loss. Money would never of fought him without his belief that Pacman's best days are behind him. Manny gets the TKO in the 6th

Head says FM, but my heart is with Manny. This fight should have happened years ago (thanks for ducking it Floyd). Boxing can be crooked as a dog's hind leg,, so I wouldn't bet a nickel on this fight. Hopefully it is corruption free.

Money tried to slow play this until Pacman's skills started to detiorate, but I still think Pacman has more heart and Money realizes that this is his last big fight of his career and may press too hard if things don't start going his way.

I can't stand Mayweather, but I want him to win! USA, USA, USA. It is going to be a great fight though in my opinion. Pacquiao is going to bring some power, and is definitely going to test Floyd. Floyd has great defense though and moves around very well. He may be able to catch Manny if he leaves himself open. It will be interesting to see how the referee lets them fight. Manny is going to want to get some inside work done, but if the ref breaks them up, it could hurt ole PacMan. Pacman is legit, but have to go with the United States.

Don't bet on a winner bet everything on it going the distance. That's the best & safest bet. Do you want to win money or do you want to gamble??

Yes, Mayweather is a great example of USA pride! Please excuse me while I go barf. Go PacMan!

I am still up in the air on what will happen with this fight. My hope is who ever wins, does it in a KO. The reason I say that is because the sport of boxing really needs a good showing in one of its biggest fights in decades. I really hope there is not a draw, split decision or some other screwy ending. I don't know if it will every be able to happen, but I would love to see a resurgence in the sport of boxing.

What time are they expected to be in the ring?

I think it will be Mayweather. I want him to lose, but I don't think he would have taken the fight at all unless he felt Manny was out of his prime and it was a very likely win. Floyd is clever that way.
