The Ole Miss program may be the most corrupt football program in the $EC and that's saying something. However, this family squabble is just sad. It's stuff like this that gets out where the NCAA can find a disgruntled witness who can bring down the whole mess.

Of course, the NCAA is so lacking in credibility that even Ole Miss may end up getting off the hook.

Gotta love the NCAA'S timing. About 3 years too late, if you ask me. If pics of recruits flashing money isnnt enough to initiate an investigation, you gotta wonder what indiscretion inspired them to act now?

And so what, their fine will probably be that they can only pay recruits about 70% as much as before. Or, maybe the NCAA is on the take and Ole Miss, missed a payment or something?

$EC biggest group of scumbag cheaters in all of football!!

Until the NCAA does something about the lack of institutional control and disregard for academic compliance at North Carolina don`t hold your breath
that they will do anything here.

The NCAA will investigate Old Myth and issue sanctions...against Jackson State.

One phone call from the secretary of SEC commissioner is Michael Slive and the NCAA will forget what they were doing. Every time the NCAA gets out of line with the SEC they threaten to pull away and start a rival athletic association to the NCAA and the NCAA backs down immediately.

They're trying as hard as possible to sweep this under the rug. After all 3 banners need to come down.....

If the NCAA decides to take a hard look at Mississippi they are going to uncover stuff that implicates a number of other SEC schools. If they decide to be consistent the SEC is going to look like the SWC in the late 80s. Aside from inflicting massive sanctions on a number of prominent programs, the scandal of having more than half of the last ten national titles tainted by recruiting violations would be a huge blow to the most profitable college sport.
