He did sign his LOI to Nebraska this morning. This issue has nothing to do with college eligibility, but eligibility to play at the school he is currently at due to transferring. I believe he is on the Taylor Martinez plan of 4 schools in 4 years.

Sounds like Hammond has won his appeal and will play his Sr year at Commanche.
