Last nights KState Game

Couldn't listen due to my son's HS game, but was looking at the boxscore. Nate Fisher is credit with 1/3 of inning and 2 ER. He only threw 8 pitches and faced 3 batters. He walked one, hit one, and gave up no hits. Both runs were earned so no errors and I don't see any WP's attributed to him so how the heck do 2 runs score in 3 AB's with no hits, errors, or WP's. Did Fish struggle with passed balls last night?

Could be he was pulled and the next pitcher gave up a hit or two. The runners on base would be credited to him. Couldn't watch or listen either, so just a guess.
